2005 Summer Activity Program For School-Aged Kids
(First Grade and Older)


Join us every Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 (June 14-July 26) for the Summer Activity Program. All children first grade and older (must have completed Kindergarten) are welcome to attend these fun activities. Most programs will be held in the large meeting room.

June 14 Dragons, Dreams and Daring Deeds - Join us for a magical event featuring crafts, games and stories.

June 21 Dragon Tales - We will be making sock puppets. Attendance is limited for this program; free tickets will be available at the Children's Desk the day of the program.

June 28 Raptors of the Rockies - You'll meet live eagles, owls and other raptors Kate Davis has rescued. Attendance is limited for this program; free tickets will be available at the Children's Desk the day of the program.

July 5 The Magical Merriment Tour! - Join magician Kevin Jones for a show filled with the flavor of medieval fairs and feasts, fairy tales, dragons and other mythical beasts.

July 12 Science Woman - Witness some amazing science experiments presented by Science Woman and her apprentices.

July 19 Daring Steeds…in days of yore, when knights and unicorns roamed free. Come join Kaele, along with Sapphire and Mia and learn about horses and their care. To be held in Kiwanis Park, across Front Street and south of the Library.

July 26 Paws to Read - Join Carol , Ard Rhi and Craic. Watch these dogs perform Daring Deeds.
